Ryan has been involved in the hospitality industry since 2002 and is currently partnering with over 400 hotels in the United States. He is the founder of Guest Valet, a hotel supply company, providing a wide range of guest amenities to his partner hotels. Ryan is keyed into the hotel industry and has a record of providing excellent products in an efficient and cost effective manner. He has an extensive understanding of hotel needs and how to provide it as cost efficiently as possible. Ryan has been running his own businesses for the last 15 years and manages a staff of 50.
David CristescuCFO: David Cristescu
David is a senior vice president at Macquarie Bank Ltd and has been in the banking industry since 1999. David started his career as a derivatives trader for the ANZ Banking Group where he actively managed the bank’s largest and most profitable trading book and was responsible for clearing, structuring and executing highly complex derivatives for major corporations. Over the last six years David has focused on advising, structuring and executing products for governments, corporations, hedge funds and high net worth individuals to reduce their costs in financial markets and their operational risks. David is experienced in managing teams and executing intricate projects within challenging time frames.
Lori Henchmen, COO
COO: Lori Henschen
Lori earned her MBA from the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University, majoring in Leadership and Human Assets. Since 2006, Lori has been recruiting, interviewing and hiring over 200 staff in various industries. She has managed a variety of teams ranging from 10 to 70 staff members at a time. Lori has developed and implemented week-long training programs and team building sessions for staff members of differing skill levels and experience. She worked as a program coordinator for 4 years where she delivered numerous programs to the public focusing on high-level customer service. Her combined programming and human asset experiences over the past 10 years makes her a great asset to the Tyme Global team as she manages our team and the day-to-day operations.
