Tyme Global worked with the hotel’s infrastructure team to fully integrate into their PBX system. Vigorous testing was done over a week and a specialized console was built for Tyme Global’s systems to recognize room numbers and guest names. At the same time, Tyme Global’s staff went through an intense week-long training program to understand the hotel’s products and the verbiage required to satisfy the service level clientele expected.

Ryan Levin

CEO
Ryan has been involved in the hospitality industry since 2002 and is currently partnering with over 400 hotels in the United States. He is the founder of Guest Valet, a hotel supply company, providing a wide range of guest amenities to his partner hotels. Ryan is keyed into the hotel industry and has a record of providing excellent products in an efficient and cost effective manner. He has an extensive understanding of hotel needs and how to provide it as cost efficiently as possible. Ryan has been running his own businesses for the last 15 years and manages a staff of 50.

Lori earned her MBA from the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University, majoring in Leadership and Human Assets. Since 2006, Lori has been recruiting, interviewing and hiring over 200 staff in various industries.

CFO
David is a senior vice president at Macquarie Bank Ltd and has been in the banking industry since 1999. David started his career as a derivatives trader for the ANZ Banking Group where he actively managed the bank’s largest and most profitable trading book and was responsible for clearing, structuring and executing highly complex derivatives for major corporations.
